The musician Su Grand commissioned a series of necklaces made from concrete as merchandise.

I developed two forms, horizontal and vertical, that explored rippling architectural qualities.
Marbling
Playing with pigments and water in the concrete mix created a variety of colors and marbling patterns.
Sculpting
Hand sculpting geometric forms played a large part in the form-finding process.

inconsistencies in the casting process created individual pieces with nicks and bubbles along the edges and across the surface.
