Breger Birdhouse
A birdhouse that emulates the Swedish style of Carle-Arne Breger, including sensuous curves, manipulation of plastic, and use of the golden ratio.
Curves
The two curves, reminiscent of a birds body, create a sense of flow.
Ratio in Circles
The design is founded on three circles, sized and spaced using the golden ratio.
The outside edges, tilted downward, protect from predators while still allowing the birds to perch.
More seating? more surface?
The cushions stay in place due to a grip backing, but are removable if you want more space for books or coffee.
Two-Sided
The two spaces, divided down the middle, provide a home for two birds.
